24-Hour and Live In Care

With our 24-Hour or Live In Care services, clients can feel confident that their care matters will be addressed in a timely manner — without sacrificing their normal daily routines. At Care And Respite England Ltd, we care for our clients’ health and well-being and provide personalised home care attention that will be tailored to meet their needs.

 

A full Free No – Obligation assessment of your needs will take place prior to a service starting.

 

The services we provide are summarised below but all clients are different so a full assessment would be necessary prior to any service starting

 

• Administration/supervision of medication

• Assistance with getting in/out of bed

• Assistance with personal hygiene including bathing and hair washing

• Assistance with mobility

• Assistance with meal preparation

• Continence management

• Domestic management including shopping, cleaning, laundry, banking, bill paying

• End of Life Care

• Re-enablement

• Support with community interaction

• Carers on a rolling fortnightly basis

• Waking Night Support

 

We will try to understand your requirements and fit these into a plan that is agreeable by all parties.
